If your abstract is accepted, you will be required to submit your presentation data in advance. Please understand this beforehand.
We will inform you of the submission requirements after notification of the acceptance of your abstract.

1. Application period: January 14, 2025 at twelve noon to February 28, 23:00.
We will not accept any registration or modification after closing date.
2. We will not accept withdrawal of abstract after selecting an adoption.
3. When head-author and co-author's occupational category is Japanese "OT",
the author needs to be a member of the Japanese Association of Occupational Therapists (JAOT).
Please check the registration status and member’s ID in advance. (for Japanese OT, only)
4. The author information, including the affiliation name, as stated in the abstract, reflects the details at the time of abstract submission.
The abstract cannot be modified in the event of changes to author information, such as a change in affiliation, after the deadline.
5. If you are not an occupational therapist but wish to participate as a lead presenter, you are required to obtain approval from the President of the Japanese Association of Occupational Therapists. Before submitting an abstract, please request the application form (Application Form for Registration of General Abstract by Other Professions) to the Secretariat of the 59th Congress & Expo at ot59@intergroup.co.jp.
